Tina will never forget the day John Lennon caught her act at Shea Stadium

I saw the band twice at Shea Stadium. The second concert was played on August 22, 1966 which was your parents 4th wedding anniversary. My friend and I made a huge sign out of a bedsheet (which I still have!) that read "Happy 4th Anniversary John & Cyn, Luv Joann and Tina". We were up in the first tier of Shea in the first row so we were able to tie the sheet over the railing in front of us. Throughout the concert I screamed and waved the sheet yelling "John, John, Jooooohn!!" Finally, to my surprise, while in his typical guitar holding stance, legs apart, crouched a bit, he nodded at me as if to say "I see you now knock it off!"
